Bledisloe Holiday Park Terms & Conditions

Deposits
-
Every booking requires a deposit unless otherwise stated in writing by Bledisloe Holiday Park

This deposit is $100 per booking, unless otherwise stated by Bledisloe Holiday Park

If booking online, $100 of the total fee acts as a deposit

This deposit is for the original booking for the original dates.

This deposit cannot be transferred to a booking on a different date.

This deposit is due 30 days prior to the original arrival date

If the date of making the booking is within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit is due within 2 days of making the booking

If the date of making the booking is within 2 days of arrival date, the deposit is due immediately

This deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the booking
-
If the guest makes contact within 14 days of the arrival date and wishes to move the booking to a new date, this will be treated as CANCELLATION and a new booking made for the new dates

Bledisloe Holiday Park will do its best to ensure a site is available for the new dates but has no obligation to ensure a site is available

Hence, the deposit will be withheld from the original booking and not transferred to the new booking

Clause 1.3.2 is only applicable to peak periods as defined by Bledisloe Holiday Park

Transfer of booking between people

If for any reason the customer is unable to make their booking and wishes to cancel, instead, they may transfer their booking with deposits to another person. Bledisloe Holiday Park will change the name on the booking

The dates of stay must be the same for this new booking as the original booking as in 1.2

Online booking fee

Every online booking must pay an online booking fee at checkout.

This online booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances

Holding sites
-
Bledisloe Holiday Park can hold sites for customers.

In the event of holding a site, there will be a deposit due as in section 1.

Bledisloe Holiday Park will only hold a site until the deposit is due

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation Bledisloe Holiday Park may withhold any deposits paid. Refer to section 1.

If the deposit due date for a booking has passed, Bledisloe Holiday Park will cancel the booking.

Bledisloe Holiday Park may send out a final warning to pay deposits but has no obligation to do so

Rules
-
All rules must be followed by all attendees and guests of a booking

Bledisloe Holiday Park has the right to cancel any booking or guests in the event of 7.1 not being followed
